Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
